Description
"The Dance of Madama Asphyxiation"
I used a picture of the lovely Jeanette Ardley from Deviantart. She has amazing eyes and the way she did her makeup made me think of a butterfly, and then a dying butterfly, and then Madama Butterfly, which Charlotte helped me figure out with a title. Maybe that's a bit of an obscure reference, but I think it fits nicely.
Artist: Midnight
Model: Jeanette Ardley
Time: 3 days
Size: 19x24" (my biggest piece to date)
Reference: [link]
Side Note: I happen to really like opera. (freak!) so if interested, here is the death scene of the opera. sung by Maria Callas [link]
